The Pittsburgh Steelers, which is considered the oldest AFC franchise with the best winning records, was founded in 1933 as part of AFC’s North Division. Since then, the team has appeared in 13 Conference Championship Games, reached six Super Bowls and became one in only three teams to grab the Super Bowl title five times. With such amazing winning records, it is expected that the Steelers would produce Hall-of-Famers like Jack Ham, Joe Greene, Terry Bradshaw, Jack Lambert, Melt Blount, Franco Harris and head coach Chuck Noll.

Although the Steelers remained consistent throughout the 1970s to early 2000s, it was only until 2005 that the Pittsburg Steelers gained another Super Bowl title through Bill COwher’s coaching and outstanding plays from Ben Roethlisberger and Jerome Bettis.

Last season, the Pittsburgh Steelers finished first on AFC’s North Division with a 10-6 record, but wasn’t able to reach the playoffs when running back Willie Parker got injured. However, Mike Tomlin did prove he was worthy of being passed the head coach seat. With a strong defense like linebacker James Farrior, defensive end Aaron Smith and strong safety Troy Polamalu, the Steelers has a good chance of making it to the playoffs this year, or even receiving another Super Bowl title.

With quarterback Ben Roethlisberger leading the team, the Steelers can actually make it and stand proud at the championships. Witness the Steelers as they aim to take on every other team that stands against them and the Super Bowl title.
