About NFL Football - Green Bay Packers Tickets
The Green Bay Packers, founded in 1919 and joined the NFL in 1921, is the third-oldest team in the National Football League. The team has experienced one of the best records in NFL history and some notable defeats. The Green Bay Packers has won over a dozen of league championships, including nine NFL Championships, Super Bowl I, Super Bowl II and Super Bowl XXXI, 13 Division Championships and 8 Conference Championships thanks to great football stars like coaches Vince Lombardi and Earl Lambeau, halfback Paul Hornung, linebacker Ray Nitschke and quarterback Bart Starr.
Although the Green Bay Packers has suffered from financial problems, being a community-owned and non-profit organization, the team remained a tough competitor on field, especially to the team’s greatest rival, the Chicago Bears. Under Vince Lombardi, the Packers won more than 100 games from 1959 to 1967, including nine trips to the playoffs, giving Lombardi the highest winning stats among all NFL coaches of all time.
Last season, quarterback Brett Favre led the Green Bay Packers to a season record of 13-3, a huge improvement to their 8-8 record in 2006. Unfortunately, Favre may not be able to play this season due to an injury and the success of the Green Bay Packers lies on Aaron Rodgers’ hands. Can he step up and lead the team to the playoffs? Can the Packers beat long-time rival Chicago Bears? Watch it for yourself! If you’ve been a Packers fan for years, you know how fast these tickets sell out. Buy your Green Bay Packers tickets early to own only the best seats at the Lambeau Field!
