About Baseball Tickets

Major League Baseball started in 1903 when two major baseball leagues – American League and National League – pushed through with a merger. Since then, MLB represents the highest level of professional baseball competition in North America with teams from both Canada and the United States.

During the first years of the MLB history, also known as the "Dead Ball Era", hitting home runs were very rare and games played were low scoring, which relied on bunting, base stealing and contact hitters for offensive plays. However, it produced some of the greatest players MLB has ever known, like Grover Cleveland Alexander, Christy Mathewson, Cy Young and Walter "The Big Train Johnson".

When the owners of the MLB franchises started to take care of their teams by developing better facilities and investing for the improvement of their respective teams, the MLB changed dramatically and attracted more and more fans. By 1950s, plenty of changes occurred – amendments of baseball rules, Jackie Robinson's breaking of color barriers and team relocations.

Some of the most competitive and best records in MLB are the Detroit Tigers, the Cleveland Indians and the Boston Red Sox. Although the popularity of MLB suffered due to strikes that occurred in 1981 and 1994 as well as the 2002 BALCO scandal, many die-hard fans still look forward to some major baseball action.

With Boston Red Sox winning the 2007 World Series against the Colorado Rockies, MLB tickets are becoming more in-demand than ever. Whether you're planning to watch the Spring Training, MLB regular seasons, MLB All-Star Game or the World Series, you have to get your seats or suites fast!
